Pasta Primavera
Makes: 5 servings


  • 4 c chopped vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 jar (28 oz) low-sodium spaghetti sauce
  • 2-1/2 c cooked spaghetti noodles

Preparation Instructions

Mix all ingredients, cover and cook on high for 15 minutes, stirring at 5 minute intervals. Cook longer if you prefer vegetables to be less crisp. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Makes 5 servings.
