Okra and Tomatoes
Makes: 8 servings


  • 3/4 c Frozen chopped onions
  • 1/4 c Frozen chopped green peppers
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 t Vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg (16 oz.) Frozen okra
  • 2 c Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add okra, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and continue cooking for 25 minutes.
